This body of work entitled ‘In the Time of Cholera’ is a visual interpretation of the journey of the world’s cholera pandemics throughout the times: from past to present and beyond. Contrary to popular belief, cholera is not a disease of the past, and in fact continues to threaten the world and in particular its developing nations. The global story of cholera encompasses cultural, historical, scientific and political details that are both horrifying yet intriguing. My campaign consists of a poster series, information booklet and promotional title video in order to intrigue, unsettle and inform the audience as to the global impact of this disease on virtually every continent in the world over the past 200 years.
